Foster, Kentucky Speed Traps

The officer’s car was well-hidden at the top of a hill. I was travelling with three other vehicles, staying with the flow of traffic. I was picked out of the middle of the caravan. I happened to be the only out of state license of the three, and I was the one who got pulled over. This highway is wide-open rolling hills, and it is very difficult to stay at 55 mph. I was cited for 65 mph in a 55 mph. There is no doubt that I was going 65 mph, but there was also no doubt that the posted speed limit is too low and that it is generally disregarded by the local drivers based on the number of times I got passed trying to drive the speed limit after I got the ticket.
