The mayor of Georgetown and new police chief are real close friends and have said the city averages 10-15 complaints of wreckless, road rage, speeding,racing and just plain driving fast. Problem is that they think everyone drives erradically and should not be allowed any chances. They have instituted zero tolerance and will cite for minor offenses
