Interstate I-65 near Mile Marker 102 KY 313 – Joe Prather Hwy
State Patrol uses overpass at Exit 102 (Joe Prather Hwy – KY 313) to shoot at northbound traffic on I-65. On ramp from 313 provide easy access to I-65 and an easy ticket for the the trooper. There is currently a construction that starts/ends here that goes for 10 miles and the speed limit is currently 55mph.
