Road has a speed limit of 35 miles except for one area of a distance the size of a city block at Donaldson Road where it is 25 miles per hour for no apparent reason.

hwy 237 & I-275 overpass

the speed limit 35 mph on hwy 237. people getting off interstate i-275 @ 65 mph don’t slow down in time. cop sits @ median at end of overpass. the 35 mph was there for construction. construction is finished & they did not put it back to 45 mph. now the cops have a nice little moneymaker.
