Vernon Parish Deputys Have now started enforcing the redicilously slow speed thru Pitkin which was ignored for years and years. They sit at the Strothers store parking lot and play on their computer while waiting on speeders. They do not discriminate. They pulled over a handicap guy the other day and searched his vehicle and found nothing.
