Mornings and afternoons there is usually a Ponchatoula Police car trying to catch commutors with radar. The speed limit changs from 25 to 35 and both are too slow for that area. They sit right behind the funeral home.

Most evenings, there is a Ponchatoula police officer that sits in a local restaurant parking lot across from Winn Dixie with his lights off. Nearby, there is an electronic radar sign showing your speed and he sits very nearby with his radar gun. Beware!

they clock you on the bridge from plane and when you come down their are usually 4-5 cop cars waiting pulling them over giving the tickets
