By four-lane Highway 23 on south side of Port Sulphur, white Plaquemines Parish Police Crown Victoria cars hide behind overgrown weeds growing since the hurricane near the site of the former golf course. They’re always aimed north and hard to spot since its an unlit area(trap). Usually between 4:00-5:00am. Speed limit is 35mph.
