Turn South bound on Linwood off of Bert Kouns , I drive this road daily. Closer to Bert Kouns you will encounter Caddo Sheriffs and if you keep going south you will start to encounter DeSoto Sheriffs as soon as the woods end and you start seeing houses. You’ll also very often find a State Trooper sitting on the Southern Loop exit. There is a bridge closer to Bert Kouns side that seems to be the “Jurisdictional Boundary” determining whose revenue trap you are driving through, the state trooper never seems to venture onto Linwood far from the southern exit. You’ll often see DPS literally as soon as the woods stop there are 2 blind spots they hide in within a half mile of the wood line ending.

State trooper loves to float on I-49 Between Bert Kouns and Stonewall exits. Virtually ALWAYS in this area for at least 1 shift per day, seems to prefer the “Southern Loop” exit.

On the on ramp eastbound its 50 and they will pull you over if you are going 55!They obviously are so desprate they have to lie about your speed
