Hallowell, Maine Speed Traps

Hallowell PD park in a driveway across from the new school where they can spot traffi coming over the hill in either direction. Speed from Manchester drops from 45 to 35 then in a few yards to 25.

Coming into town from Augusta on Water street there is sometimes a cop parked on the left facing Augusta right after you go under the rail bridge.
Cops will also sit on the right side of the road facing town also on water street as you come out of town right before the limit goes from 25 to 40.
This only occurs at night, usually late and you will NOT spot these guys until it’s too late.
