I -95,EXIT 120 north or south
While there eating there donuts in the side ramp or mid area.Look for powder dust pior to the Exit 120.
These guys will have a RAT on the over pass pointing the spped gun NORTH and South . So when you pass the bridge they put there donut down the next car in line waiting to chase you up or down the road I-95 for about a mile or so just enough to get out of sight from the hill to pull you over then when there done with you then over to the medium . to get rewarded with another fat greesey donut to go the other way in there next turn.
There tickets usauly have donut powder on them to.

From Sidney Southbound I-95
They are there at least twice a week from 2:30pm to past 4pm. One taking pictures as we call it and at least 4 others writing citations. They have a barrack in Sidney.
Interstate I-95 near 2 mi N, Dinsmore Rd overpass
I-95 Northbound, approx 2 miles north of the Dinsmore Rd overpass. Frequently there mid-day through late afternoon. Between 4 to 6 staties doing there business. This also appears to be a very productive area for them.

The boys in blue are out with their plane very frequently. Byt the time you see them it is way too late.
