Grant Ave ALL OF IT!

Winnipeg, ManitobaJul 29, 20032 Comments

I lived in the Corydon area for a while and my gurl lived on Grant. No matter what time of day you hit that road you will encounter photo radar. Easily spotted but most people dont seem to care. Will always either be a van or SUV parked in an obvious place with tinted windows. The limit on grant is 60 (going east) until you get past the intersection of kenaston. And 50 from there on in. They will nab at 2 over. Charge an INSANE administration fee, and happily send you a ticket in the mail. Winnipeg is the WORST city for photo radar, it’s a complete and blatant use of photo radar for a cash crop. Also watch yourself on Corydon there is ALWAYS photo radar there and the limit is 50! (even though it’s not posted)

Bonner Avenue

Since the closure of McIvor Avenue this street has become busier and local residents are upset. The Police have been monitoring this street on a regular basis for months now. They are well hidden so be careful!

the trap is setup in the parking lot from Boyd autobody, to Nation Car rental building(heading south), usually there is only one cop car(but after the cop pulls someone over, they go back and wait) and is some cases there 1/2 a dozen cops there waiting for you.

Officers wait in parking lot at CCFM, I’ve seen them mostly on Saturday mornings and usually they nab someone going east or west
