Wabash Court/ Reisterstown Plaza Metro

Baltimore City, MarylandOct 16, 20050 Comments

There is an unnamed road that runs next to the parking lots for the Reisterstown Plaza Metro Station between Patterson Avenue and Mount Hope Drive. Maryland Transit Administration Police run RADAR routinely here. They usually sit closer to Mount Hope near the stop sign (where they also must clean up in ticket revenue). Speed limit is 25 and they seem to start stopping for 10 over the limit. Enforcement is usually mid day and evening rush hour and they usually sit two to three deep with trunks open. They usually stop you on foot.

Northern Parkway near Roland Avenue

Baltimore City, MarylandSep 24, 20050 Comments

Heading east on Northern Parkway, after crossing the Roland Avenue light, there will sometimes be a pair of cops hiding in a street – one will be in the car, hidden from view, the other will be standing with a radar/laser gun, obstructed from view due to the bushes. The area covered is within a School zone (30 MPH). The cop may give a warning if cooperative and hands are kept on the wheel unless asked for registration and license.

Interstate 895 near Interstate 95

Baltimore City, MarylandJul 11, 20050 Comments

The trap is right where 895 & 95 South separate, and the speed limit goes from 55 to 50 on Rt. 895. They will be waiting for you at the bottom of the hill as you try to fly by doing 60 to 70. If you do not drop your speed down to 50 to 55 at the split you will get a ticket. The also set on the North bound side in the same area. You will see them stand on the side of the road right past Bayview Hospital. Be very very careful.
