On I-95 just past the I-695 Interchange — Median
In the median, there’s a turn-around just before the concrete barrier begins. There is usually at least one trooper parked there, especially at night. This is bad if you are entering I-95 Northbound from I-695 and trying to merge with traffic. Additionally, all along I-95 between this spot until just past I-395 is a heavily policed area. The posted limit is 55 mph.
