Across from Talbot County offices (Old Black and Decker Building). Police park in lot of utility building. Four lanes but speed limit is 35 mph.
US Highway Rt. 50 East and West
North of Easton, MD about 3 miles, State Police will park in the Cemetary Entrance (West Bound) or in the Tuckahoe Steam Park Entrance (East Bound) and use radar for enforcement. Usually at night.
US Highway 50W near Hawkes Hill Road
Traffic on Route 50 can be very heavy especially on the weekends as it is a return route from the MD beaches. The speed limit is gradually decreasing, but few traveler pay attention to this. Many travelers also try to use the right turn lane as a travel lane. The police general sit back with a few patrol cars somewhat obscured running radar or whatever system they have. They are there more commonly on the weekends, but it is becoming frequently common to the see the officers there any time of day or night.
