Police car lurks on a side street, on a slight left curve at the end of the decline off the Hatem Bridge,southbound, and cannot be seen by drivers due to high bushes, until nearly abreast of trap.

State Route 155/763 near Ohio Street
The police have been sitting on both sides of the Route 155 hill entering and leaving Havre De Grace. People commonly travel 45-50 mph in this unnecessarily slow 35 mph section and it’s been a nice payday for the HdG police department.

The top of Rt. 155 hill coming out of Havre de Grace at the entrance to the new ambulance corps building. The state police sit in there and get you coming up the hill.

Rt. 155 just before the ramp – in front of a small store to the right is a parking lot where they sit – they catch people as they are flying down the hill
