State police are trespassing on my private property hiding behind parked cars again illegally, pulling over cars along RT40 between 95 and 695.

My brother is a cop in va he said they must have consent to even be sitting on the private property running radar or whatever unless its official business, Like they are in the middle of arresting someone who is on your property. If they don’t have consent its the same as trespassing ?
and that any decent lawyer could have it thrown out ( the charges ) aka tickets etc.

They were sitting illegally on private property next to the Dukes Motel, They moved to the VFW parking lot and random places up to 695

Police frequently sit at the entrance to North Lane screening for speeders coming down Kenwood Ave towards the school. They won’t hesitate to jump out into traffic to stop you, so watch it!

Traveling west on Rt. 7, Philidelphia Rd. 1/10th of a mile before trap you will be cresting a summit in the road. Posted limit is 30mph. Radar setup picks up speeders as they crest the summit and start traveling down the other side. Obviously, you can’t see the radar on the other side until after you’ve crested, so slowing down so you are cresting at 30mph is the only way not to get flagged to the side and ticketed. They ticket for seatbelts and improper tag violations as well (no front tag).
