White Marsh, Maryland Speed Traps

officer sits westbound just over the hill before stevens rd usually from 5-7 pm

Baltimore County, White Marsh precinct 09 police officers (issuing fraudulent citations to motorist on Rt. 40e just in front of Alban heavy equipment sales, just prior to the entrance ramp onto 695S.

Fraudulent citations for "Improper Passing" (riding on the right shoulder to avoid waiting in rush hour until entrance lane markings to 695s). Officers randomly flagging motorist over even if no infraction was committed and issued citation. Officers VERY belligerent and do not want to even hear what you have to say.

It is obvious they know they are issuing fraudulent citations for $$$ quotas.

Be Careful and avoid Rt. 40E from Rt. 95 through Rt. 695!

Officer sits in the Emergency turn around just below the Route 7 overpass. He also sits further up in the new section of 43 past the Route 40 exit.

New housing development on right, if going westbound.
& top of hill by Gun Spring Road if going eastbound.

On Route 40/ Pulaski Highway anywhere heading westbound from the Harford county line until you are passed the Baltimore County landfill they sit. If you are heading westbound they are normally at the top of the hill pulled over so far into the woods you don’t know they have you until it’s too late. If you are heading eastbound they sit either at the bottom of the hill past the dump in a turn around, or even further east in the state access road area.
