Interstate 90 East near Seaport Boulevard

Just past the Seaport Blvd. exit, the tunnel curves, providing the cop a place to hide his car. He stands in front of the car with a laser, and pulls people over this way.

Interstate 90 near Exit Number Logal Airport

Boston, MassachusettsApr 07, 20070 Comments

The trap is inside the I-90 Connector Tunnel leading to Logan International Airport. Police car was hiding behind the curve so that it wasn’t seen until after you are very close to the trap. The police officer would run just in front of the victim car and show to pullover using hands’ gestures. My question: Is it legal to make such traps in tunnels? As for me, I think there is a risk to hit the police officer or somebody else can hit you from your back, as cars following you behind don’t see you breaking due to curvature.

Storrow Drive near Exit Number Back Bay/Copley

Boston, MassachusettsJan 25, 20070 Comments

There has been a state trooper parked off to the side on Storrow Drive Westbound mornings since the new year began … He/she sits near the ramp from Copley Square onto Storrow. Not sure if they are enforcing speed limits, but should probably watch out …
