State Route 14 near Sun Tavern Restaurant
Hides on the West Side of the Sun Tavern Parking lot, just East of Ashdod Fire Station and Franklin Street intersection.
State Highway 3 near Exit Number 11
Police cruiser is parked invisibly off to the side of the rotary at exit 11 North. They are watching to see if the stop sign is observed as traffic merges off the exit ramp and flows toward Duxbury harbor and Marshfield.
Church Street near Orchard Lane
There is a small pulloff adjacent to Orchard Lane. Duxbury cops hid out in here and pull you over. Posted speed limit is 30mph. Who drives 30??
West Street near Lincoln Street
Often Duxbury cops can be found in the parking area just off the rotary by the cranberry bogs. Also they are known to sit in the center of the rotary as well as on the Rt 3 overpass just down the road.
Bay Road near Halls Corner Street
Duxbury police love to sit in the dirt driveway just down the hill from Halls Corner. It can be hard to see them coming down the hill. Speed limit on Bay Rd is a mind numblingly slow 30 mph. They are usually lenient up to around 35-40 mph however. Residential neighborhood, watch out for little kids.
