Fall River, Massachusetts Speed Traps

Meridian street is about 2 miles long, residential setting, newly paved and a very smoooth ride, 30mph zoned. You can always assume that there is a speed trap anywhere along the road. Sometimes, there will be one at one end, and another at the other end; so even if you get by one, maintain the 30 mph speed limit. An added bonus on this road is a school zone at 20 mph when flashing.

Mostly 7:00 to 8:00AM. They Get Teachers, Parents and Students going to the Voc. School. The Middle School off of County St. The 2 High Schools and the College on Elsbree St. Great spot near an intersection with signal lights. Speed limit is 40 on Eastern Ave. North.

Usually an unmarked car. The officer is there as parents head for the schools to drop off their children. Keep 1 to 2 miles under the posted speed limit (30mph).

cop is always sitting in the parking lot every morning starting at 5:30 am across from slades bank. i never seen him pull anyone over but he is always there
