Cops sit behind stone wall on Kelley Drive waiting for cars on Millville Rd in both directions

They will sit behind the stone wall entering White Rd from Emerson St. Usually mid morning or early afternoon.
Millville Road near State Route 140
On Millville Road where the speed limit changes from 35 MPH to 25 MPH, heading toward Millville they park along the right side of the road with all lights off.

Police cruisers routinely set up radar at various locations along this road which serves as a short cut for commuters passing through the town. The speed limit is 25 along the length of the road. Per the officer who stopped me, the town has a "speeding awareness" program in place and there is zero tolerance. He further stated that there were "quotas" for issuing citations each time they set up their speed traps.

THe street is a one way street. At the very end there is a big dirt spot thats off to the side. The cop will sit there out of sight and pull you over. more common at later times of the night.
