Interstate 91 near Exit Number 18

Northampton, MassachusettsSep 04, 20070 Comments

I-91 northbound coming out of Holyoke into Northampton, about 1.5 miles before Exit 18. Long drive between exits, coming into Northampton area, medium length uphill grade, road begins to open up with less trees as you approach the Oxbow area. Cruisers sit in the median. If you keep a sharp eye out in the median as soon as the scenery opens up as you cross a small bridge on I-91, you can typically see them sitting there with plenty of time to slow down – but you’ve got to be looking for them in the median.
