When traveling down Elm St. toward the grove there is a parking lot across from a closed factory. Cops will sit far back in the parking lot or right up against the tree line. You won’t see them until it’s too late. Residents in this area are pretty good about it and will flash their head lights at you if there is a cop sitting there. The cops will write you a ticket.
