Central Street, between Rt 1A and Rt 1
Various times of the day, either sitting on the side of the road inbound from Rt 1 or in a side street (Fenno Drive) outbound toward Rt 1, on the right about 1/4 mile past the garden center. There is a speed limit sign posted outbound between the garden center and the side street – I think it’s Fenno Drive.
State Highway Rte. 1A
Rowley police hide among parked cars at Perley’s building. Speed limit changes along this road multiple times from 30-45 miles per hour. Many signs are obsured by low branches on trees. Rowley police power electric 25 mph school zone sign at 8 or 9 pm at night, and then stop cars that slow down.
