Cross Street

On cross street the police have occasionally hid at the rod and gun club parking lot right over the bend. The posted speed limit is 25 miles per hour, but people often do 30-35+ over that bend (which is dangerous it is narrow) just beware they will pull you over.

114A Fall River Avenue

The old showcase cinemas parking lot is a hot spot for Seekonk Police. They will sit in the front, down the side very often, or even all the way in the back a quarter mile from the road. They have LiDar from what I’ve heard so this means they can essentially get your speed a mile away then Radar in your location. Seekonk had doubled its patrol so its not impossible for them to now be working in teams.

County Street

At the beginning of County street coming off of 114A there is an old Fire Station on your left, Company No. 1. The police will sometimes visibly sit in the lot or sometimes hide down the back side between the building and bushes. Seekonk police now have Instant on Radar so they’ve been getting more tricky with their locations.

Olney Street

When coming off of County Street this trap will be on your left after the bend in the road past Briarwood Plaza. The speed limit is 35 but 40-45 is easily obtained and I have seen many a driver pulled over for doing 40 there. They sit at night with no lights on at the edge of a dirt road that is being developed as of spring 2013.

Grist Mill Parking Lot

on Arcade ave/114A police will sit in the back of the grist mill parking lot in the morning hours looking for vehicles coming over the hill where the speed goes from 35 to 25 mph.
