Nobscot Rd. (commonly known as Edgell Rd)

Sudbury, MassachusettsMar 01, 20010 Comments

There are a few traps on this street, which are usually, but not limited to after dark. One is the Boy Scout reservation on the left side of the road upon entering Sudbury from Framingham. K Band radar is used to trap motorists entering the town. Next, there is a sign marking "No Left Turn" onto Dudley road off of Nobscot rd. This is also a speed trap using radar. Finally, short after that, there is an elderly living development on the left side of the road and a small dirt patch on the right side of the road. This trap is used frequently using radar from police cars and SUV’s. In the opposite direction, police come from the nearby station and follow cars onto Nobscot road, using clocking (VASCAR).

Watch out for union ave. Cops are EVERYWHERE on that street. Good hiding places in any parkinglots. Thw whole town is full of them. Lived here for 13 years and i see atleast 5 cars pulled over every day. They are STRICT on sticking to the speed limits. Watch out for cenetr of town by the town hall and church. They sit at the drop point from 45 to 30 and stop EVERYONE. be carefull everywhere in town. For a small town, theres atleast 3 crusiers at all times. Avoid t completley if possible, its not worth it.
