Pease Street near Mendon Road

This trap is usually intended to catch kids going to and from BVT and Nipmuc high. The cop usually sits in his car back from the main road a little because there is a huge bush that blocks him from view. When you start to pass South st. slow down, and when coming from the 4 way intersection, when you pass Plain st. also slow down. They also like to sit on the next road which is West River st. Sometimes they are out of their vehicle holding a radar gun.

Going on 140 Towards Milford.leaving Upton, you will go up a large Hill, at the bottom of this hill is a "Gasco" gas station and glen view on the right. At the top of the hill is a banking left hand turn. The officer will hide around this turn, because there is an old rug/mat Shop on this conner. The hide deep in this lot, so you cant see them until you are into the conner. they will be there between 5 and 11. I have never seen them after 11 at this spot.

State Route 140 near Williams Street

There are typically three cop cars (some sedans, others suv’s). They hide at the beginning of Merriam Way. You cannot see the cars! All three of the officers stand on the side walk with the radar (they could be laser) guns. They are targeting the cars coming from Grafton. The closest landmark is Williams Street. Once you see this street, Slow down! Directly after this street is a hill going down. Merriam Way is at the bottom of the hill. If you have not slowed down by the hill you are done. I have only seen this trap done on Sunday evenings (3 – 6) in the Spring, Summer, and Fall months. Occassionally, at random times there will be one cop there doing both sides.

(Rt. 140 towards Upton from Grafton)
