near the library on the side of the road..my license was expired by 1 week…he punched in my plate..stopped me and asked if i was the owner…held my car..had to get a ride home..have to go to court next week..they stop cars for anything..

Main Street near Exit Number 57
They are always stationed after the Newburyport/West Newbury line off Rt 95 exit 57 coming into thier town on Main St. They have nothing to do at nite except hit cars for speed revenue.
