Belleville, Michigan Speed Traps

SUV parks on top of Vining Road bridge with several (I’ve seen up to 4) units waiting to be dispatched below. Enforcement zone seems to be Belleville Rd east to Metro Airport.

On the West side of Belleville Road, between Van Born Rd and Ecorse Rd, there is a huge section of woods. (the east side of this section is a church). The Van Buren Township police tuck their car into the edge of the woods and sit–sometimes they are there in the morning throughout the whole afternoon! It is Very Easy to speed through here, as there are few houses. It is mostly businesses, and there are two lanes in either direction.

There’s an abandoned driveway in a wooded section on the North side of the road where a police car tucks itself, well hidden from view. You can’t see it until you’re even with it. I use my cruise control there all the time now.

Cop sits behind the overpass bridge, hiding and clocks you, so go slow when passing belleville road in michigan.

Police hide behind foliage at the VanBuren Park on Service Drive. Speed changes from 50 mph to 35 near the park and drivers often are ticketed.
