Niles/Buchanan Road near Hardings Supermarket
Heading west into downtown, city police sit in drive way of
Chemical Bank Drive Thru lot, close to bushes. Rather difficult to see police car because it is dark and blends in to background. This area is also a seat belt trap; at least 2-3 times a year. 6:00 am – 8:30 am. Combination enforcement of county, state, and city police.
