Driving south down 48th Street at 55 mph. Warning that the speed limit is reduced ahead to 45 mph, drops to 45 mph then without warning the speed limit is suddenly 25 mph. I was trying to slow down when a County Trooper who had been sitting in a residential driveway, pulled out and ticketed me.
