Cops will sit in the elementary school on the corner of VanRaalte& 32nd st looking for cars speeding down VanRaalte…yes I was a victim of it;)
US-31 Holland to Grand Haven
State police and County deputes are constantly paroling this stretch of road. It’s very easy to drive over the posted 55 mph. I usually see 2 – 3 cars pulled over each time.
West 32nd at Zion Lutheran Church Lot
Police sit in the Church lot and radar east and westbound traffic early in the AM and again after work in the PM.
Ottawa Ave & 25th St
Police sit in the parking lot of Holland High School’s Baseball field and just across the street from the Gas Depot.. Speed is posted at 30 and because it is near a few schools there is not much leeway in the amount over limit.. I have seen many people pulled over from semis to mopeds.. Also straight east on Van Raalte Ave in the high school parking lot..
