Near the Army Reserve Building and Middle School. Posted 25 no tolerance.

Near the fairground entrance seed is posted low among vacant lots where police sit to observe.

At the bottom of the M-60 off ramp(east bound)on I 94 The Blackman township police monitor traffic. If going east he is completely hidden untill you go under the overpass.

Plain old truck with officer using radar, parked on one of the north side streets catches you and then radios it to the officer in the car. They have been doing this for years and admittedly use it at least every 3 months. Speed limit drops very quickly with little notice.

Jackson City police and Blackman Township officers will sit in the National Guard Reserve parking lot, Pet Supplies
Plus lot, Kroger lot, and the Joannne Fabric lot. This is a 25 mile an hour area. The speed limit is 35 on Argyle Street just past Brown street when it drops quickly to 25. This is one of the worst speed traps in Jackson County. From what I have been told by many who have been given tickets in this area, these officers will give you no brake at all. Pay attention to the 25 mile an hour speed limit whenever in this area for your own financial safety!
