Patrol car conceals along east side of street as motorists enter downtown area

They either like to sit between Cannonsville and Coral Rds. along the fence row and wait – or at the Church parking lot at the corner of Coral and Gravel Ridge. The other favorite place is just south of M-46 on Gravel Ridge.

Heading west bound on M46 towards Lakeview about a half mile before the intersection of M46 and 91 the police set there about every night facing the east.I see them about 3-4 times sunday thru thursday trying to catch people speeding.If they are not setting there they usually have got someone pulled over.

Youngman Road the speed drops from 35 to 25 a block North of M46 where the road runs next to the High School property. About half way up the road is a power substation on the left(west) side of the road. It is hidden by trees on either side of the substation. The local cops like to hide there the last 1 to 2 weeks of the month. Quotas maybe? Also, late at night, they will sometimes move up another block to the intersection and ‘shoot’ their radar down the road. There is no street lamp and they turn off all their light, you can’t see them until you’re right on top of them.
