No turn on red sign is hidden behind Railroad and other signs. About 15 foot from road and about 5-6 foot in the air.
Visible for a split second if you are only looking for it. When stopped at line it is hidden by rear view mirror in most vehicles. Usually at least 1 Lansing city policeman there or nearby.

Whether travelling North or South, slow down to 35mph near Moores River Drive because there are at least three spaces where a cop can hid easily. One is on the East side of MLK, the second is in the Median of MLK where Moores River crosses, and the third is a little further South of Moores River, where there is a turnaround in the median. This third spot will usually involve a squad car facing north against Southbound traffic, and squad car is usually blocking the turnaround so no one else can use it. Also watch for Chevy Suburban cops in this spot.

Oakland and Grand River split just past the American Red Cross and Lansing Fire Department post…officers generally sit on a small sidestreet 1/2 block behind the fire department, often on motorcycles.
