This the one way street that passes Lansing Community College. Grand Ave is 4 lanes wide and 25 mph but it feels like a 35 mph zone and traffic moves as such. the LEO will sit in the park by saginaw st or hide in the trees on schoolcraft st. usually bike officers and they hide themselves.
