Norton Shores Police loves to sit at the abandoned gas station at the corner of Broadway and Bailey. Speed Limit is 30 MPH. Heading eastbound (towards Sams and Wal-Mart) The drivers view of the police officer will not be noticed until it is to late due to tall trees that obscure the patrol car.
West River Road, Fruitland Township, Muskegon County
Four miles west of Old Whitehall Road on River Road on the North Side there
is an entrance to a failed subdivision. North Muskegon Police wait there
to issue citations to west bound cars traveling greater than 55 mph.
Seminole Road 0.2 mi west of Henry
Norton Shores Police park in driveway of small office complex on south side of street just east of high school and approximately 0.2 mile west of Henry St. Driveway obscured by trees and easy to miss. 35 MPH limit posted. Usually spot in evenings.
Marquette and Getty
The business 31 detour takes you down Marquette to Getty. A cop sits behind the trees facing west on the south side of the road. It’s only 25mph.
