Shelby Township, Michigan Speed Traps

The cop sits in a Farm Houses driveway obscured by the corn field on the East side of the street. The House is just south of 25 mile and the school. This area is also heavily patrolled.

Sheriff sits in Detroit Sportsmans Congress parking lot and clocks southbound traffic during morning rush hour.

Police sit in side streets and also off road next to the woods. Favorite places are after to curves so they cannot be spotted. Often the police will have two cars spaced apart and will radio adhead.

The cop usually sits in the daycare driveway before you get to Home Depot. This sits right across from Alterra Nursing Home. Watch out, the speed limit is 25 because its residential, but people often lose track of speed and go faster.

Speed limit drops from 45 to 35 going south and Utica cops often patrol the area. Every time I go through there I see between 1 and 3 cops. 35 MPH even though it is a 5 lane road.
