A Warren Police Officer sits in a church parking lot on

Northbound Mound Road facing Southbound hidden by the

bookstore next to the church. You are not able to see this

officer until you pass the bookstore and you are then

basically in view of the officer who is parked right off

the road . There is a officer station there 99% of the time.

Sedan or Motorcycle waits in the college parking lot and sometimes in the high school driveway. Speed limit in the area is 25 MPH. Students rushing to or from class at the college and high school are usually the victims.

Warren PD’s Traffic Division has a biker cop that hides on Mound between 12 Mile and 13 Mile (in the median). Beware, I snuck up on him on my way to an emergency situation (I’m a fireman). Ladar went off like crazy.

Between 12 mile and 13 mile on mound. I have talked to Ten people just in my group at GM that has got a ticket here. Mound switches from 45 to 35 here. The cops sit Just past the first speed limit sign.

Tracter/Trailer Trucks Turn North onto Hoover from west bound toepfer swinging into left lane. I was ticketed going around Truck to keep from getting hit. Policeman came from noware, said I went 49 MPR, gave me ticket for 5 mile over 35. Cost me $100. Half mile north limit went from 35 to 45.
