Waterford, Michigan Speed Traps

They recently opened Williams Lake Road north of M-59 and its boulevard style with two lanes in each direction. It LOOKS like you should be able to do 50mph but the speed limit is still 40mph and the Waterford Police are there CONSTANTLY now. They sit in the median and also in a sort of driveway into the western woods area… this particular area is VERY hard to see until its MUCH too late… drive 40 thru there.

Along the new portion of Williams Lake Road between Gale Road and M59 (Highland Road). They hide back in the trees along the west side of Williams Lake road just 1/4 mile north of M59.

When driving East bound on M-59 Just West of Cass Lake Road the speed limit changes from 50mph down to 45 be careful I was stopped on a sunday afternoon at around 5:10 p.m.

Officer sits in Dry Cleaner’s parking lot across from Mason Junior High. Front and Rear Radar, clocks east and west bound traffic. Often sits beside or behind vehicles for sale in lot. Daytime have seen the "wolf pack" enforcement.

Motorcycle Cop sits at the end of a homeowners driveway right on the corner of Chicago Road off of Hoover Road. He’s not hidden but he looks like a Motorcycle that is just pulling out of the drive and the next thing you know you,re nailed.
