Wayne, Michigan Speed Traps

Watch out on Annapolis Street and Forest Street (especially betwen venoy and merriman road. Highly residental area and speed limit is 25, officers will let you get away with 35, not one mile over. Also, make sure you make a complete stop at stop signs. Watch out for officers to try to trick you into running a yield when they stop on a cross street where they have the right of way and they will wait to make sure you stop for the yield sign.

Wayne police unmarked all black car will be facing e/bound on the n/side @ the strip mall d/way just before the Mobil station/hix rd. and/or just before Hannan rd. light. Folks accelerate around the curve in front of the Ford plants, stay @ 45 mph (limit)until past the Hannan light.

The police sit in the parking lot of the diner on the north side of the rode, just prior to approaching a private school, where the speed limit changes from 40 – 30 mph.
