Attempts to catch northbound speeders where the speed limit drops from 55 to 40.

Cops will sit in the alleyway clocking cars. They usually sit on the south end near the exit.

It seems they check this stretch of highway constantly for drunk drivers, using speed as a motive for pulling you over. Typically late night only. Squads are facing backwards on the side of the four lane road. Sometimes as many as three at a time.
