Gardenview Drive near Valley Middle School
Officers sit on the side of the road opposite of the middle school entrance. They are usually there in the evenings during the school year. Usually about 6:00 cars parked a long Gardenview are at a low for the day and it becomes easier for drivers to begin exceeding the spped limit. Officers will pull you over for any speed infraction regardless of the degree. Anything over 30 and you are fair game.
County Trunk 42 near Burnsville/Apple Valley Border
As you go from Burnsville to Apple Valley on 42 they sit right after Redwood pool, (on the other side behind bushes on the frontage road)
US Highway 77 near US Highway 35e
Black and Whites park right near the exit on 35e and palomino exit on cedar. As your going over the first hill from 140th and going down they get you right as you get under the first bridge from 140th. Watch out cause this is a common spot for them to sit.
Gardenview Drive between 160th and county rd 42
Almost daily a police car is stationed on Gardenview (a residential street) where the speed limit is 30 mph. Many people use this street as a ‘shortcut’, thus avoiding Cedar. Be aware and drive 30 or you WILL get nailed.
