Half the time you drive between the Cloquet-Esko area and the Duluth-Proctor area, you will see police on the median in the middle of the long straight stretch between these two areas. They typically only pull you over if you’re going well over the 70 MPH limit, but will get you at 75 or so if it’s light traffic at the time they spot you.
