Lexington hill after Lexington & Diffley intersection north

Eagan, MinnesotaMar 17, 20100 Comments

A cop will usually hide at the bottom of the ‘Lexington hill’ (the hill on the north side of the Lexington and Diffley intersection) in the driveway/parking lot of Patrick Eagan Park and the Eagan Art House catching anyone speeding either direction (usually north) because the speed does not change from 45 tp 50 till after the bottom of the hill. In the past the driveway was right on the edge of a tree line making spotting the cop nearly impossible travling north, but recently (approx. 2009) the city re-routed the driveway so it is farther north combining with a church entrance, which also makes the cop slightly more visible if you know what your looking for. (‘He’ is usually parked in the Eagan Art House parking/turn around)
-note; Lately most people have learned to slow down automaitically, but a squad car is ocassionally seen there, so keep an eye out.
