One cop sits on the Benton bridge (normally a Chevy Tahoe) and clocks the oncomming southbound cars (HW 100). 500 feet down the road- as many as four cops await- the cop above radios the description of the unlawful car.

Sits the oppsite way that you are coming from. Always on the Highway enterance. Big bridge pillars hide them. He or She can see you but you can not see them.

25 cars an hour outside my office window are being nailed. Three guys are hiding in the trees with laser guns aiming northbound at southbound traffic. (If you get a ticket, fight it. Laser is beatable in Minnesota!)

On nice sunny days a guy has a hand-held laser on a footbridge aimed north at southbound traffic. At 70th St. there will be 5-10 squads waiting.
