Excelsior, Minnesota Speed Traps

There is a bend in highway 7 just after the bridge in Excelsior. The police like to sit in the parking lot and laser cars coming west on Hwy 7. It’s only 45 mph but should be 50-55. They sit there from rush hour on, especially after dark.

Police presence is constant, it seems. Especially after dark, patrol cars will cruise up and down 19 and tag people passing from the opposite direction. I was pulled over several minutes after passing him, which is certainly inaccurate.
