The City cop will sit on the south side of hiway 19 in a gas station lot or if the weather permits, the cop will sit in the ditch on the south side of the highway, near the gas station.
Either scenario is no lights of any kind, looking for motorists who are accelerating too soon as they leave Fairfax going west, or not slowing soon enough coming into Fairfax, headed east. This especially after business hours.
