Highland Park, Minnesota Speed Traps

Undercover police car, (seen several times in a maroon car) sits Eastbound on Riverwood Place, across from the St. Thomas University’s parking lot. Clocking cars coming from Marshall Avenue. Usually seen right before classes starting at the Univesity. Around rush hour to 1 or 2 pm.

Police officers will sit at the parking lots and driveways right across from the Ford plant. They will also be out of their vehicles hiding behind the trees with their radar guns.
