Mounds View, Minnesota Speed Traps

Police are always watching Long Lake Road, in the southern parts of Mounds View, near Irondale High School, but especially, on the north end of Mounds View, near Ardan Avenue and all along the highway sound barrier wall as it curves to the west. The police will nail anyone that goes over 30 mph. The road is fairly wide and seems like it invites a faster drive, but the police have several places that they can hide, with overhanging trees and inside the Ramsey County Composting Park at Arden Ave. The police often sit in a dark car along there and catch people that are speeding over 30 mph.

Close to the highway, seen several squads here stopping people. They have a new dodge charger too.

I’ve seen these guys out there with so may cruisers. I’ve even seen motorcycle cops and a helicopter to. One guys sits in the bushes with a radar gun and the others come to get you.
